How does the 10-point custom sizing protocol work?
When ordering any garment, select 'Custom Size' to open the 10-measurement form (Shoulder, Chest, Waist, Hip, Shirt Length, Sleeve Length, Armhole, Trouser Length, Bottom Opening, and Neck Depth). You can also save your measurements inside your User Account Dashboard for effortless 1-click checkout on all future orders.
What payment methods do you accept across Pakistan?
We support direct JazzCash transfers to account 03295932402 (Title: RAHM UL WAHAB) with instant order confirmation, as well as Cash on Delivery (COD) nationwide.
How long does bespoke bridal and festive couture take to craft?
Our bridal and heavy wedding couture pieces require 200–300 hours of artisanal handwork (dabka, nakshi, pure tilla, and zardozi) and typically take 3–5 weeks to craft. Semi-formal and ready collections dispatch within 3–5 business days.
Are the fabrics and embroidery materials 100% pure?
Yes. Every piece from AYSAL is tailored using certified pure silk, katan banarasi, tissue organza, and pure French net with authentic metallic wirework and hand-set crystals.
Can I customize the color, neckline, or dupatta style?
Absolutely. You can connect with our master styling team via the WhatsApp Concierge (+92 329 5932402) to request bespoke fabric dyes, customized necklines, or personalized sleeve cuts.
What is your alteration and return policy for custom garments?
Because bespoke garments are tailored to individual body measurements, returns are not accepted. However, every dress includes generous 2-inch internal seam margins and we provide complimentary alterations to guarantee a flawless fit.
